Ingredients for the “Patty”

2 Tbs Grapeseed oil
15 oz Garbonzo beans
15 oz Cannellini beans
1 Onion shredded
4 tsp Lemon garlic seasoning
3 tsp Nutritional yeast
1 Tbs Horseradish
2 Lemons juiced
1 Tbs Pickle juice
1 Pickle cubed
1/2 C Gluten free breadcrumbs
1-2 Tbs Coconut flour
Salt & pepper to taste

Special Sauce

1/2 C Grapeseed oil veganaise
1/4 C Horseradish

Instructions

1. Start by sautéing the shredded onion in 1 Tbs of grapeseed oil. Once the onion has browned & begins to smell fragrant add in your garbanzo beans, cannellini beans, lemon garlic seasoning, nutritional yeast, lemon juice & pickle juice. Allow everything to cook so the flavors combine. 

2. Take the contents from the pan & add them to your food processor. Add the horseradish, pickle, gluten free bread crumbs, coconut flour, salt & pepper to taste. Blend until combined, taste & adjust seasoning if need be. Add the mixture to a bowl & refrigerate for 1 hour.

3. Remove the mixture from the refrigerator & start forming patties, this recipe makes 6 total.

4. Heat up a skillet with 1 Tbs of grapeseed oil. Add the patties one at a time & allow them to cook 10 minutes on each side. Serve with the special sauce, lettuce, onion, tomato & pickles!
