Strawberry Mango Hemp Shake
Feel free to adjust ingredients to your personal preference. This smoothie is rich in alpha-linolenic acid and omega-3 fatty acids—which acts as a natural antioxidant and removes the free radicals that are toxic and harmful to the body. The anti-inflammatory properties of omega-3 fatty acid, helps our bodies build natural immunity of against many diseases. Walnuts are also an excellent source of food for your brain! The strawberries are rich in Vitamin C and the mango is great for clear skin, strengthening the immune system and they are super rich in minerals! Strawberry Mango Hemp Shake
1 Cup of Homemade Hemp Milk
1 pitted Medjool Date
1 Cup frozen Mangos
1 Cup frozen Strawberries
1/4-1/2 Cup Walnuts
1/4 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
Add everything to a high speed blender, like a Vitamix, and blend until smooth. This smoothie makes enough for 2 people, or if you’re feeling wild, one massive smoothie/meal. This recipe combo was inspired by a recipe shared by @liltorsi
